What are your business hours?

Our helpdesk hours are Mon-Fri 8.30 am -5.30pm but our monitoring services never sleep.

What are your response times to support request?

We generally answer calls within 2 rings and where possible action tickets straight away. Where support email tickets are sent in we will respond within a few minutes and contact you to start work at a convenient time.
